Dr. Jennifer Garrison is a passionate and vocal advocate for women's health and is pioneering a global movement to advance science focused on understanding the fundamental drivers of female aging as Co-Founder and Executive Director of ProductiveHealth.org (formerly named GCRLE). She is also a faculty member at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, where she co-Directs the Center for Healthy Aging in Women and holds secondary appointments in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology at UCSF and the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at USC.

Dr. Queen is a compassionate, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with over 25 years of global medical experience. Trained in both Functional and Western Medicine, she is helping women navigate menopause with confidence at her new clinic, Energize Health and Hormones. Combining holistic and traditional care, Dr. Queen offers a comprehensive, personalized approach to improve health and well-being during this transformative phase of life. With a background from Stanford, UCSF, and two decades of practice in the Bay Area, she's dedicated to empowering women to be energized, informed and revitalized.

I acknowledge that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary. I understand and assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that attending any public event involves inherent risks. I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others.

3. LIABILITY RELEASE

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Donna Coxon-McCory and The Wiser Me, its officers, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in or traveling to/from this event.

4. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I acknowledge that Donna Coxon-McCory and The Wiser Me is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.

5. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

I grant permission for Donna Coxon-McCory and The Wiser Me to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken of me during the event for promotional purposes.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY

I agree to follow all safety protocols and guidelines established for the event. I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in the event activities.

7. BINDING EFFECT

This waiver shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

By registering for or attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
