Join Kylie Darling and Lauren Moreau for a deeply restful practice this winter solstice. The winter solstice is the perfect time to soften and rest, looking back at what we've learnt and the ways in which we've grown, whilst setting an intention for the year to come.
Kylie will be guiding through meditation, regulation and gentle somatic practices whilst Lauren enchants with the harp. Kylie's background in multiple disciplines of movement and embodiment will allow you to create a spacious feeling within, interweaving Yin yoga with accessible flow practices and the space for your own movement inquiry. Lauren has been performing for over 25years, trained in both classical and lever harp techniques. For The Wintering she will be playing a mixture of traditional and original music, creating a unique, relaxing and evocative soundscape that will support the movement sequence, allowing us to melt and repose in this day of darkness.
Session will end with reflection and journalling whilst enjoying a home baked treat.
