In this afternoon of gentle discovery, we’ll turn inward, tuning out the noise of the world and tuning in to the wisdom within.
Together, we’ll explore:
•The rules and beliefs you’ve been living by and which ones you’re ready to release
•How to quiet your inner critic and listen to your inner guide
•How to rewrite your story so it feels aligned, free, and fully you
•Open conversation, guided exercises, and reflection in a supportive circle of women
