Winter is Tough. So Are You.
This December, we’re turning up the heat. The Thrive Winter Games is your chance to test your strength, stamina, and resilience in a weekend full of grit, laughter, charity and community.
Two Workouts. One Community.
Hosted in the Thrivex area, you’ll tackle:
🔥 Cardio Sprint: Push your limits in a 15-minute high-intensity session, featuring 1000m row, 1000m bike, and 1000m ski, complete for time.
💪 Functional Strength: Test your full-body power in a 45+ minute session with 10 stations: farmers carries, deadlifts, lunges, snatches, burpees, wall balls, and more. Every rep counts.
Taking part isn't just about personal bests, it’s about giving back. Your ticket supports Kids in Rossendale and their Christmas Toy Appeal, helping local disadvantage children in our Valley enjoy Christmas this year.
