Ok, ok, ALL French wine pairs beautifully with French cheeses. But there’s something about the wines of the famed Loire Valley region that take to fromage particularly well. In this class you’ll sip your way down the Loire and experience first-hand how the wines of this unique region transform with the perfect cheese pairing. Case in point: Sancerre with crotins of goat cheese! From Muscadet to Vouvray, we’ll highlight the classic regions, grapes, and terroirs of the Loire Valley and teach you which French cheeses match best.
