This is where it all begins. Matt Villard, the visionary behind MCV Wines, will guide you through a curated menu of ranch-inspired cuisine paired with his bold Paso Robles reds. From fire-grilled tomahawk steaks to farm-raised Texas oysters, every bite and sip tells a story of craft, passion, and terroir. With only 30 seats available, this is your chance to connect with the winemaker and savor the synergy of fine food and exceptional wine.

Dinner Courses

• First Course- Matagorda Bay Texas Farm Raised Pearl Oysters (these are not the gulf oysters you're thinking, these are similar to Atantic Coast/Prince Edward Island)
• Second Course- Bone Marrow with ranch-meat skewer
• Third Course- Everything Stew; not your typical stew. This has every mix of steak cuts
• Fourth Course- Our Tomahawk presentation, sliced tableside with two other big cuts
• Fifth Course- Dessert paired with port
