Amidst all the chaos we often find ourselves disconnected from our innermost selves, particularly from the powerful and vibrant essence of our femininity.
Recognizing the toll that modern life takes on our physical and emotional well-being, The Wild Woman invites you to embark on a transformative journey towards reconnection and empowerment.
During this 3-hour immersive experience, we will delve into how to open up to our own embodied wisdom.
Through a blend of embodiment movement, somatic practices, and guided meditations, we will explore ways to listen to and honour the wisdom of our bodies and souls..
My intention is that by the end of this workshop, you will emerge feeling more grounded and in touch with your desires. You'll have discovered new ways to nurture your feminine aspects, reclaiming your vitality and joy.
