This event is an immersive workshop to understand shame and build shame resilience.Shame thrives in secrecy. It shapes how we see ourselves, can hold us back from authentic expression, and keep us small. But what if we met shame at its wild edge? What if, instead of running from it, we leaned in—with curiosity, compassion, and embodied presence?
The Wild Edge of Shame is a journey designed to help you move beyond the weight of shame, reclaiming your power and authenticity. Through guided embodiment, partnered exercises, and a release ritual, you’ll learn to build shame resilience, reclaim your voice, and step into a more embodied and free sense of self.
What to expect:
- Somatic practices to explore where shame lives in the body
- Partnered exercises to cultivate resilience through compassionate witnessing
- Release ritual of old shame narratives
- An integration process
