Yes, you! This in-person workshop is for mature women over 40 who want to live the next chapter of their lives in wholeness. Join us as we work to enhance our wellbeing spiritually, mentally, and physically in a safe, encouraging environment. Dr. Brene` E. Bradley, life coach and workshop facilitator, encourages women to maximize every moment of life, at every phase of life. You are sure to enjoy this warm and welcoming event. The attire is casual and lunch will be provided. Come with a friend or come alone and meet new friends. Early bird registration $29 on or before August 15, 2022. Registration after August 15th $39.
