The White Lions of Timbavati are among the rarest beings on Earth. Once revered as sacred messengers by Indigenous African cultures, they were nearly erased through trophy hunting, captivity, and loss of habitat.
Their return to the wild is not only a conservation effort: it is a restoration of balance.
This Salon is dedicated to telling the White Lions’ story as it is held and shared by the : a story of ecology, spirituality, responsibility, and humanity’s evolving relationship with the natural world.

Board Member & Advocate,
Billy Beyer is a board member and longtime supporter of the Global White Lion Protection Trust, an organization dedicated to protecting and rewilding the sacred White Lions of South Africa. His role is to help carry their story forward, amplifying the Trust’s work, the science, and the Indigenous wisdom that recognizes the White Lions as guardians and messengers of balance.
