The whiskey writer Michael Jackson was a frequent visitor to our office during his heyday. But, of course, that was back “in the day” when his publisher, Running Press, still occupied our old building (127 S. 22nd Street). This class is one of the ways we celebrate his legacy.This class provides a bit of a sauced education about whiskey, from whiskey cocktails to food pairings to its smoky history.
