The Wellness Sound Journey

The Wellness Sound Journey provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to experience deep relaxation and inner peace. Led by a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, this community support group integrates sound therapy with mindfulness practices to enhance emotional well-being, reduce stress, and foster resilience.

Event Details

• Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes per session
• Doors Open: 2:45 PM
• Arrival: We invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in with a cup of warm Chamomile Tea or water, find a comfortable space, and silence electronic devices.
• Sign-up is required, we are not able to accomodate walk-ins at this time

What to Expect

• Safe, Therapeutic Space: Each session begins with a check-in, creating an open and supportive environment where you can share how you're feeling.
• Guided Mindfulness: You'll be led through gentle mindfulness practices such as focused breathing, body awareness, and guided imagery to help you relax and be present.
• Sound Bath: Experience soothing sounds from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes that promote deep relaxation and emotional release.
• Group Reflection: After the sound bath, there will be an opportunity to reflect on your experience in a group setting, offering space to share insights and emotional shifts.
• Personal Growth: Leave each session feeling more grounded, connected, and empowered on your path toward emotional well-being.
