Join us for a day of rejuvenation and self-care at The Wellness Reboot event! Take a break from your busy life and focus on your well-being with a variety of activities and workshops designed to help you relax and recharge. From body work sessions, mindfulness practices, to nutrition this event is all about putting yourself first. Come and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and uplifting environment. Info: Learn how to manage everyday concerns such as head aches, low back pain, decrease cortisol, brain chemistry remapping in 3 minutes, etc.

Info: Full Body workout learning skills to better help out nervous system relax.

Info: Learn about mental health and how to better your well being in this break out session.

Info: Learn the benefits of nutrition and what we are putting in our bodies and why this is so important to our healing while enjoying a healthy lunch provided for you.

Silent Practice and closing
Info: We will be learning how to manage our stresses in the use of a silent practice. Please bring a silent activity such as a book you have been longing to read, some coloring pages, painting activity or something else that is not technology to use during out silent practice. There were be a few things to choose from at the event if you do not remember or are not sure what to bring.
