Join Yoga is For EveryBody and non-profit Inspiring Women Today (IWT), for a special event “The Wellness Garden: Yoga, Sound & Succulents for a Cause” on Saturday, Sept. 27th.
✨ We’re coming together at the vibrant La Dosis Coffee + Cocktails for a morning of movement, mindfulness and community in support of fighting period poverty in Texas.
- Your morning will begin with a 30-minute gentle yoga flow, designed for all levels to help you ground and reset.
- Afterward, sink into stillness during a mini-sound bath, promoting inner calm and restoration.
- Then get your hands dirty (in the best way!) with a 1-hour hands-on succulent planting activity. Take home your creation as a reminder of growth, care, and community.
