The Well Workplace Summit 2021:

Health and Happiness at Work
About this Event

Join us for The Well Workplace Summit 2021!

Friday, January 29, 2021

This event is for all employers looking to support the health and happiness of their teams, while creating amazing workplace culture. We have a relevant agenda of inspiring industry experts and can’t wait to kick off the year with you this way!

We are currently planning a limited-attendance, in-person event in the Easton area (30 participants). We feel strongly that many people are experiencing virtual fatigue and are looking to connect safely with others in person.

We will comply with all of Easton’s safety guidelines and will provide adequate seating distance. Please do not hesitate to reach out with other questions and concerns.

If interested in joining us, please do not delay and order your ticket today! All participants will also be receiving a special workplace wellness toolkit – to support your health and well-being at your workspace and beyond!

2020 has been a year full of surprises, especially for the workplace as entire offices have shifted rapidly to a work-from-home environment, while balancing the stressors of health, childcare, education and concerns about the future. The premise that we are in a "new normal" is false, as our situations change so rapidly. So, how to we create a sense of normalization in abnormal times to help workplaces support employees and encourage wellness? Join Dr. Gretchen Hammond as she discusses the normalization of this abnormal and what we can do to take care of ourselves and one another.

2:15 – 2:30 p.m. Self-Care Break

2:30 – 3:15 p.m. WELLNESS AT WORK: Non-Traditional Employee Benefits Yoga for Trauma & Grief Demo & Participant Idea Exchange

Katy Tombaugh & Jessica Lewis, Wellness Collective
