The LMental Elevations event, The Well-Nourished Woman: A One-Day Retreat is a soulful, small-group experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, reframe your relationship with food, and leave feeling empowered, lighter, and deeply nourished — inside and out.

In this intimate retreat, you’ll explore:

• Your food story – uncovering childhood influences, family traditions, and patterns that still shape your eating today
• The Digestion Timeline – what happens from the moment food enters your mouth until it leaves your body (and why each stage matters).
• Mindful food preparation – a group cooking experience to create a flavorful, anti-inflammatory condiment or sauce you can make at home
• Restorative reflection – guided journaling, connection circles, and action steps for lasting change

You’ll enjoy a delicious, anti-inflammatory lunch, a journal to take home(for the inperson cohort), and the support of like-minded women ready to invest in themselves.
