Dr. Nancy Scotch is a pelvic and orthopedic physical therapist who provides mobile, in-home care in Charleston, SC. She is passionate about helping women with a variety of conditions, including pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, neck pain, hip pain, knee pain, and ankle pain. Dr. Scotch believes in providing high-quality, one-on-one care tailored to each patient's specific needs and believes every minute spent with a client should be purposeful. By providing all visits in home she eliminates the need for childcare and makes physical recovery more accessible to busy moms!.
