✨️The weekend retreat 17-19th of May with tantra teacher Alessandro will be a unique opportunity to experience the wisdom of Tantra & embodiment practices,
This retreat is the gate to re-connect with your essence and your truth.
It is an opportunity to explore different physical and spiritual practice
you can bring back into your daily life. This is a life time gift you can give
yourself. Take the time for dive within, take the time to feel what
really is essential in this existence.

- We will dive within to find the answers.
- Being and explore the ways that reach to our authentic self, the ways
to connect with our truth and use this magic, to connect and
communicate with our partners, our friends and our community.
- We will explore different practices to connect with our physical and
energetical body, how to interact consciously with our physiology.
- We will do this through Embodiment practices, Breathwork, Active meditation Tantra, Pranayama and more.

***You can only attend the master class on Friday. You will have the opportunity to meet Alessandro, learn and try basic techniques for self-discovery and relaxation.
***This workshop is for anyone and everyone - singles, couples and also those with alternative relating styles.
***The retreat will be entirely in English. Even with minimal knowledge of English, you can fully immerse yourself in the practice. If necessary, assistants will be able to provide additional explanations in Estonian and Russian.
***The retreat does not involve practicing without clothes!
***Nothing is compulsory. All activities are optional. Everything is an invitation to consider and your full consent is the basis for any interactions with others.

✨️ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Alessandro Di Benedetto – has been hosting and teaching transformational journeys internationally. He is a Tantra Teacher and Holistic Trainer dedicated to the awakening of human consciousness.
In his teachings he combines years of experiences, continuous studies, training and practices.
Driven by the passion for learning, exploring and self-development he has been traveling, working and studying around the globe for the past 10 years having the chance to work closely with humans from all walks of life.
Alessandro is really committed to Sadhana “self-practice” and during his life have been diving into Yoga, Tantra, various Meditations, Muay Thai and Indian Classical music.
He combines the spiritual teachings of Tantra – Yoga with breathwork practices, awareness of movement and Cold therapy.
He believe that as humans we are able to do a lot more than we are taught, by embracing a conscious and ‘healthy’ life-style, rediscovering the importance of nature in our lives and using the great gifts that nature gave us.
During his retreats he create a space for participants to enter in a constant dynamic meditation and to fully explore the self and connect with others from an authentic space.
