🌟 Welcome to The Weekend Reset - Sound Healing, Breathwork, Somatics event! Join us at MAKE IT, Barking on November 22, 2025 at 3:00 PM for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation, led by certified sound healer and breathwork and somatic coach, Sabah Carmen Barake.
Experience the power of sound healing, breathwork, and somatics to help you unwind and reset for the weekend ahead. Let go of stress and tension as you immerse yourself in these therapeutic practices. What can you expect during the session?
🧘🏻♀️ Somatic Exercises - Gentle movement and stretching while focusing on internal sensations and emotions.
🌬️ Breathwork - Guided conscious breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system while lying down.
🥣 Sound Healing - Integration and relaxation, lying down and absorbing the sounds and vibrations from the singing bowls and other instruments that resonate with the body's natural frequencies and rhythms.
💬 Sharing and Session Close - Coming back to the body and slowly closing the space, inviting participants to share any thoughts or experiences that came up during the session if they feel comfortable to do so.

- Underlying Medical Conditions (should consult with their healthcare provider and provide confirmation that they are able to go through with the session)
- Hearing Impairments/Tinnitus or Specific Sound/Sensory Sensitivities(reach out to Sabah to discuss any concerns and possible adjustments during the session)
