Join us for a fabulous Queer Movie Marathon at BAAD!–The Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance. We'll be screening the 2022 film The Wedding Banquet (PG-13).
Hoping to stay in the country, a gay man proposes a green card marriage to a female friend in exchange for paying for her IVF treatment. However, things soon get complicated when his grandmother surprises them with plans for an extravagant Korean wedding banquet.
As part of BAAD!'s annual Get Tough! Get BAAD! Series, Queer Movie Nights are all about celebrating the resilience of the LGBTQ+ community through the magic of queer cinema.
