The way home is not an external journey but an internal journey that returns you to the living breathing landscape of your heart. In these current times, the impetus is to rush out into the world but the real work we’re being called into is within.
In this shamanic journey Esha will share channeled wisdom from her guides about the nature of returning home to the True Self as well as insights on how to ground the energies of fear. As the world continues to collapse its identity, every soul is being called forth to step into the light of their original blueprint - Love.
This journey will include:
1. Wisdom sharing from Esha’s channeling
2. Breathwork to release fear and anxiety
3. Light language to ground and integrate energies
4. 15- minute shamanic journey through middle earth to connect with Mother Gaia to retrieve messages for what’s needed now and the role you are to play
5. Movement to anchor into the body.
6. Community shares
Please bring a journal, pen, personal mat or blanket if you prefer.
