SHIP's daily operations are powered by our all-female full time team (with support from our fabulous Executive in Residence, Frank Arena), and throughout the last year, we have noticed something. Savannah has no shortage of networking events. What we see less of is space for intentional conversation around vision, strategy, and growth, especially among women who are navigating leadership, ownership, and influence across industries.
WAVES is a midweek gathering designed for people who are building, leading, and thinking about what comes next for Savannah’s business and innovation ecosystem.
This is not a traditional “ladies night,” but a gathering rooted in the belief that femininity, alongside a diversity of perspectives, contributes directly to strong leadership, thoughtful entrepreneurship, and sustained innovation in our city.
