The famous Wave Silent Disco and Founder, Julia Grace, is teaming up with Miami’s own Sagamore Hotel to host a fun Sunday Wellness event aimed to inspire a healthier and more vibrant community.
Enjoy a day filled with wellness inspired activities including; A YogaWave guided movement experience, a complementary healing juice tasting, the option to indulge in a healthy pop-up brunch and access to the pool and private artisan market.
The day will start on the beach with a YogaWave experience led by dance/movement therapist Julia Grace and Yoga Instructor Carolina Russ. Yoga to ground, Silent Disco movement to connect and let loose. You will dance, liberate, and celebrate to eclectic tunes streaming into silent disco headsets, giving you the freedom for full self expression. South beach is your dance floor...the waves and the rising sun is your backdrop.
Post YogaWave we will connect by the Sagamore Hotel pool deck for a unique complementary juice tasting that includes a juice blessing ceremony provided by Koko’s Juicery (@kokojuicery) and live music by Gordon Daniels Music
Post Juice, enjoy a healthy pop-up brunch by the pool, mingle and peruse Sagamore’s curated exclusive Artisan Market!

The wave silent disco, is more than just a community dance event. It's a movement to end loneliness worldwide. Part of donations from this event supports ALMA, our non profit organization that addresses loneliness and isolation in seniors citizens through movement, arts, and intergenerational connection!!
