In this 6-hours experience, open to all genders, you will be invited to:
- learn how to access and use the energy of your inner warrior to face real life challenges
- learn how to feel and show your power and even anger while being fully in control and safe for yourself and others
- learn haka cultural background, profound meaning and symbolism
- use your body and voice to learn and perform an extremely powerful haka
- experience in your body how power & love can coexist, sharing a beautiful message of strength, pride and unity among nature, humanity and genders.
This workshop – open to everyone, no previous experience required – is a personal journey and a connecting group experience.
Light veggie snacks and refreshments will be provided during short breaks. Please bring your own packed lunch for the longer break.

About me (Marco, event host):
- I have been trained by Māori cultural ambassador and musician Matiu Te Huki, who gave me his blessing to share with the world a beautiful haka that he created, called “Taku mana e”. I do this with utter respect, curiosity, and love for the Māori culture. I do all I can to preserve the integrity of the teachings I received. I know there is so much to learn about this culture that I have yet to explore, and I’m always eager to discover more.
- I am also a Lebens- und Sozialberater (Life Coach) in training under supervision, and a certified Playfight facilitator (Matteo Tangi lineage).
