The Warm-Up: a somatic salon @ Tall Grass
December edition: Fear Melters® with Alana Robinson
As the year comes to a close, many of us find ourselves carrying accumulated fears, stresses, and patterns that can dampen our sense of possibility and joy. In this experiential salon, you’ll learn how to identify and dissolve the invisible grip of fear in your mind and body using simple, embodied tools known as Fear Melters®.
Fear Melters® are body-based movements and processes that dissolve fear and shift you into presence, empowerment, and inspired action. During the workshop, you will:
- Learn the four primary fear responses and how they show up for you.
- Experience guided practices to move through fight, flight, freeze, and faint and shift into flow.
- Discover practical, playful ways to reset your mind and body, so you can access clarity and whole-self presence, no matter what the year has brought.
- Reconnect to your innate wisdom and creativity, clearing space for fresh vision as you prepare to step into the new year.
- A space for connection and exploration with other like minded individuals.
This workshop is for anyone eager to release old patterns, renew their energy, and move forward into the coming year with more aliveness, authenticity, and creative possibility.
