About this Event
The hosts of The War on Cars podcast-Sarah Goodyear & Doug Gordon-celebrate the publication of their new book, Life After Cars: Freeing Ourselves from the Tyranny of the Automobile. Sarah and Doug will discuss their impressions of San Diego, the state of urbanism and bike advocacy, and inspriation from their book for local advocates. Join us before the show for an open reception with the speakers. Cocktails, beer and wine will be available to purchase for those 21+, along with non-alcholic options and snacks.
Those who purchase a bundled entry + book ticket will receive their copy of Life After Cars at the venue. Additional copies of Life After Cars will be available for purchase at the event.
