This one-of-a-kind (unique to Fort Wayne) gamified AI learning is designed and hosted by Gensyn Design (Jennifer Hunter & Jason Barnes) and Angie Carel, AI Marketing Consultant.
Skip the boring YouTube tutorials... we're all about shaking it up with fun, creativity, and collaboration! This event is for everyone from AI novice, to enthusiast, to expert. If you're a party pooper, stay at home we don't want you. And no preparation required, come as you are!

Our beloved and quirky angel investor, Wanda the Walrus, is tired of the same old innovations. Forget driverless cars and high-tech pharmaceuticals—she’s looking for something outlandishly creative. She wants to see fresh new products that grab her attention like a prowling polar bear.
Are you up for the challenge? Better yet, want to score some Walrus Winnings (aka prizes)?

Participants will be formed into teams to invent, develop, and present downright peculiar startup venture pitches within a playful (yet competitive?) setting. Each creative challenge will come with it's own set of special constraints.
You'll have access to AI tools, directions, prompt starters, and tips and tricks. Combining those tools with your team's human ingenuity and creativity, you'll bring your idea to life.
Then, in an exciting 'edge-of-your-seat' rapid-fire pitch competition, your team will showcase your final produt to not only Wanda the Walrus, but also, your fellow Walrus Wranglers that are also competing for Wanda's stash of cash.
Impressing the Walrus
The central figure of our game, Wanda the Walrus, isn't your typical investor. Eccentric and demanding, she looks for solutions that stand out not just in functionality but in creativity and innovation. Here's what catches her eye:
- Innovation with a Twist: Ideas that are not only practical but also include an unusual or quirky twist tend to score higher. Whether it’s utilizing unique materials, incorporating surprising features, or solving problems you didn’t know existed, make sure your project pops with originality.
- Attention to Detail: Projects that go the extra mile to address the fine points of the Walrus’s requirements demonstrate thoroughness and creativity, significantly boosting your chances of winning her favor.
- Aesthetic Appeal: A visually appealing presentation can make your project more enticing. Use your resources to craft an attractive logo, a slick brand design, and persuasive marketing materials that capture the brand vision.
1) Peer Voting: This award goes to the team whose pitch receives the most votes by the other Walrus Wranglers in the room! "The champion of the humans!"
2) AI Voting: This award goes to the team whose venture pitch best aligns with the specific parameters set, as analyzed and determined by ChatGPT. "The champion of the AI!"
