Welcome to The Vortigon Offensive!
Come join us at Nantwich Cricket Club for an epic event filled with adventure, mystery, and excitement.
This 1-day narrative event continues the narrative of the fight for the Formaxia system, a strategic locale on the Eastern fringes. After the battle for Formaxia Primus, both loyalist and traitor forces set their sights on Vortigon - a planetoid with an incredibly fast eliptical orbit of the Formaxian star. Controlling Vortigon will provide the occupying force with an ideal staging post to raid enemy strongholds at all points within the Formaxian system.
Who will prevail and control this vital staging area in the system?
This event is a doubles-event with each player bringing a 1250 point army. If you are wanting to attend but don't have a partner, please contact South Cheshire Heresy to see if the event organisers can help to arrange a match up or we can support 2v1 games if necessary.
Players will engage in battles of Zone Mortalis and wider planetary conflict. There will be 3 games on the day and awards will be available for:
Best painted army
Best painted single miniature
Player's hero
Overall victor
Oath of moment (legendary encoounter)
You had one job (most spectacular fail!)
