Jesse DeLong works as the Assistant Director of Creative Writing at Louisiana State University. He is the author of The Amateur Scientist's Notebook (Baobab Press) and The Vinegar in Our Hearts (Cornerstone Press, 2026). Other work has appeared in Colorado Review, Mid-American Review, and Typo, as well as the anthologies Best New Poets 2011 and Feast: Poetry and Recipes for a Full Seating at Dinner.
Annell López is the winner of the Louise Meriwether First Book Prize and the author of the short story collection I’ll Give You a Reason, a finalist for the PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize for best debut short story collection. Named a best short story collection of 2024 by Electric Literature, I’ll Give You a Reason was longlisted for the Maya Angelou Book Award, the Reforma Latinx Book Award, and the Clark Fiction Prize. López was a Peter Taylor Fellow at the Kenyon Review Workshops. Her work has also received support from Tin House and has appeared in Guernica, American Short Fiction, The Common, Brooklyn Rail, Refinery29, and TIME. López received her MFA from the University of New Orleans, where she was awarded the Joanna Leake Fiction Prize. She is working on a novel.
Adam Clay is the author of Circle Back (Milkweed Editions, 2024), To Make Room for the Sea (Milkweed Editions, 2020), Stranger(Milkweed Editions, 2016), A Hotel Lobby at the Edge of the World (Milkweed Editions, 2012), and The Wash (Parlor Press, 2006). His poems have appeared in Ploughshares, Denver Quarterly, Tin House, Bennington Review, Georgia Review, Boston Review, jubilat, Iowa Review, and elsewhere. He received a Literary Arts Fellowship from the Mississippi Arts Commission in 2018. For twenty years, he co-edited Typo Magazine and now edits Autocorrect, a journal of poetry and poetics. He is an Associate Professor of English and Director of Creative Writing at LSU.
