This festive season, take a journey to the North Pole like no other!
Begin your adventure as you board The Victoria Square Express, a beautifully festive train that “transports” you through the winter skies. Watch through the windows as you travel to Santa’s Village – snow falling, reindeer flying and Christmas magic all around!
When you “arrive”, step into Santa’s Village Stores and wander through his enchanting world:
Reindeer Stables – where Santa’s faithful team are resting
The Wrapping Room – see where the elves have prepped the presents
Snowglobe Snug – a twinkling, sparkling wonderland
Santa’s Grotto – meet Santa himself and share your Christmas wishes
Our cheerful train conductor and Santa’s elves will be on hand throughout your visit, ensuring a heartwarming experience full of smiles, magic, and festive spirit.
Quiet Sessions: Join us for selected Sunday sessions (Sun 16th, 23rd & 30th November, 12:30–1:00pm) - ideal for families who prefer a gentler, calmer experience.
