THE VAULT - Sound Meditation

Discover the magnificent history of a modern day monument and whisk away from the everyday with a meditating Sound Bath at Away Spa. The sound helps to clear the mind and activate the body’s natural healing processes. It reduces stress, anxiety and helps for better sleep.

Sound healer expert Gioia Petersen is an experienced teacher with a mission to educate people that are unfamiliar with sound meditation and let them gain a new experience. She washes away stress and brings you to the state of meditation and relaxation by activating your body's own natural system of self-healing. She uses a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments to create an experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body. Leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated as this journey is to connect with your body’s own creativity.

Please note:

• We advise to wear swimwear or other clothes which are comfortable with the higher temperature in Away Spa. There are changing rooms and lockers available.
• The session does not include usage of the WET facilities (Sauna, cold plunge, hot bath, steam bath, bubble bath). If you wish to make use of these facilities, you can book this after the session from 8 PM till 9 PM for a fee of € 25 per person.
• Please be there 15 minutes before the session starts.
• We offer double tickets (double relaxation bed) and single tickets (single bed).
