I've worked with organizations worldwide, and when I'm not working, I enjoy running, swimming, and great wine. Fun fact: I'm a travel enthusiast and have visited 29 countries (and counting!)."

2. Isabel Strijland - Chief Growth Officer & Co-Founder (Acelr8)

“Hi, I'm Isabel, Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer at Acelr8. I moved to Berlin 6 years ago to change how startups hire. With a design thinking and entrepreneurship background, I've launched small companies and love the startup scene. Understanding people is key to success, and that's what drives me and Acelr8. I handle marketing and sales.”

3. Jakob Gillmann - Co-Founder (HiPeople).

Jakob is the co-founder and MD of HiPeople. Their software provides objective candidate insights to help the best TA teams worldwide. Before HiPeople, Jakob was VP Growth & Sales Ops at Adjust. He started HiPeople with his co-founder to make hiring better, easier, and more efficient.

4. Rene Van Olst - COO (Blacklane)

René is the COO of Blacklane, a premium global chauffeur service with its roots in Berlin. Before coming to Blacklane 4.5 years ago, René held several leadership positions at Zalando after starting his career in consulting with Accenture. René is passionate about building strong teams, for which he has interviewed and hired hundreds of people throughout his career.

And yes, Matthias Schmeißer is leading us through the evening by managing the event moderation. We are grateful for that!!
