Ladies we have a fabulously informative session for you in April covering the Vagus Nerve, what it is and how to activate it.This session is on Monday 21st April (a change to previously advertised date) from 7pm at the home of Beccy Jones, 1 Scott Street, Stoneclough, Radcliffe, Bolton, Greater Manchester. Beccy will also be joined by Rachel Earing from The Great Big Yawn to share how to activate our vagus nerve.
Beccy Jones is your Scientist with a hint of woo woo and she loves to explain the science behind how natural, holistic healing approaches work and how we can best use them for healing from the effects of our stressful modern day lives. Through Elements of Nutrition, she uses her Biomedical and Molecular Biology background and her Nutrition, Stress Management, Supplement, Hypnosis and Herbalism training to bring simple, effective, tasty (and fun!) healing to individual clients and to even more women at her workshops, courses and talks.
On the 21st April, Beccy will be joining us to share her wisdom on The Vagus Nerve:
What is it?
What does it do?
Why should I care (for it!)?
How do I check how well it might be working?
How can I strengthen it to combat stress and even improve mood, sleep and heart function and decrease pain, inflammation, anxiety and weight?
She’ll be bringing some free drinks along that are proven to reduce inflammation naturally and therefore can bring calm and improved communication to this amazing bridge between our enteric nervous system and central nervous system (the Gut-Brain connection).
Our sessions cost just £10 with an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.
To book please contact Beccy Jones, or Karen on 07985 102245
