Lots of you have asked when we would run this class again- and Lauren is ready to do it again!. This class will be taught by Lauren, who you may have seen working in the shop. She has lots of knowledge of working with this very special oil!Every plant has a story that needs to be told. Castor Oil has a long history and a lot to discover. You may have heard about this oil and all of its marvelous benefits, such as reduced inflammation, detoxification, and menstrual symptom relief, but were a little intimidated and didn't know where to start. In this class we will learn about all of the different ways to apply and use the oil as well as dive into the many benefits. We will also touch on how to combine castor oil with some of your favorite herbs for added benefit. Castor oil may just be the missing link on your journey to better health.
