Itinerary:
6:45 - 7:00pm | Arrive. Stretch. Mingle. Ground
7:00 - 7:15pm | Opening circle
7:15 - 8:45pm | 1.5hr Ecstatic Dance Journey
8:45 - 7:00pm | Closing circle with optional sharing

The Unraveling is a space to…you guessed it, unravel! Using music and movement as our guide, we welcome the unwinding, the unbinding, the UNRAVELING, to release the old and remember who we REALLY are.
Dance is a quick and FUN way to bust out of holding patterns, shake out stored tension, and move stagnant energy. And surrounded by others doing the same, this is a truly joyful experience!
No dance experience necessary. There are no steps to follow, this is a moving meditation/freeform dance, the entire practice can be done with your eyes closed! You are simply allowing your body to move and express to the rhythm and music you hear.
