The Unknown Tee Total Dance - ‘Move your body to the rhythm of love ‘For those new to ecstatic dance, it is a form of expression through dancing.
We aim to guide you through a magical journey into the Unknown in a safe environment where you can be free to move though whatever may come up for you and let go of anything that does not serve you through a beautifully crafted wave of music. We operate a ZERO Judgement policy!
The effects of ecstatic dance begin with ecstasy itself. Dance serves as a form of meditation, helping you to cope with stress and to attain serenity. This dance meditation is focused on sensuality and energy through your body with free movement.
Join us for our monthly tee total ecstatic dance and create your own state of ecstasy and join us in the unknown.
Expect an opening and closing circle to share if you feel called, lots of dance moves and expect to be leaving on a high!
We will be offering optional cacao on the evening to help connect to ourselves and our heart.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container, it will be held and facilitated by Dan, who have a vast experience in the conscious and ecstatic dance scene in Manchester.
It’s a place where we can be our unique selves, and also connected to a common source.
