Enter a sanctuary of sound and stillness to help open the heart, relax the body and quiet the mind. Guided by Brenda Colfer (Sound Facilitator) and Heidi Mrazik (Energy Therapy Practitioner). Come as you are. Rest. Receive. The Unfolding is a journey inward, a weaving of Reiki energy and sound vibrations to guide you home to your center.
There will be a maximum of 20 participants for this group event. Fee is $40 per person. Yoga mats and blankets provided however it's highly encouraged to bring your own pillow and another cozy blanket for extra comfort as most spots are on the floor on a yoga mat. Also, feel free to bring an eye mask if you'd like too. Please bring your own water bottle.
If you are not feeling well the day of class, we ask that you rest, heal and rejoin us at the next opportunity (Ex: cold, flu, cough, sore throat, or exposure to Covid). Please let us know that you are not attending.
