REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All ticket sales are final and are not for resale, including if you are escorted out of the event or not allowed entry due to not meeting all rules and restrictions listed below. Tickets can be exchanged for one of Natalya's future events within 48 hours before the event start time ( DM @natalya_michelle on Instagram)

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

• Your ticket (phone or physical copy)
• Photo ID (see Acceptable Forms below)
• Money and Venmo, CashApp, and Paypal information for food, water, and merchandise
• Warm clothing

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

• Cell phone
• Earplugs
• Gloves
• Bags the size of a small purse or smaller
• Gum
• Lip balm, lip gloss and lipstick
• Sunglasses & hats

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Large purses, bags or backpacks
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• E-cigs/vapes
• E-liquid or E-juice of any kind (subject to the discretion of the venue and security teams)
• Alcohol of any sort
• Cigarettes and lighters
• Aerosol products/cans
• Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys
• Balls or Frisbees
• Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, swat, fire, security, or medical)
• Glass, cans, cups or coolers
• Balloons, or any inflated props
• Illegal substances
• Large chains or spiked jewelry
• Laser pointers
• Fireworks and/or firecrackers of any kind
• Air horns or any objects that make loud noises
• Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
• Over-the-counter Medic*tion
• Pets
• Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, large camera bodies, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial-use rigs and lights)
• Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
• Any sharp objects
• Needles
• Tables, chairs, or furniture of any kind
• Speakers

EVENT POLICIES

• NO Re-entry after 10 pm
• NO Camping
• NO Refunds or exchanges
• NO Sitting on designated dance floor areas
• NO Moshing, crowd-surfing or stage-diving
• NO Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
• NO Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.
• NO Tailgating
• NO Entry if you refrain from following any of the posted guidelines
• NO Entry if you have had Covid within the last 14 days of the event

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY

• Any US government issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
• US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth

• Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license — ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

UNACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY

• NO Consular ID
• NO Birth certificate
• NO Expired ID of any kind
• NO Photocopy of any ID (except as noted above)
• NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license
• NO School ID

SECURITY & STAFF

Security staff will work both inside and outside of the event. All Florida and United States laws are enforced. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. Staff members will be available at the event to assist you with arrival and any questions you may have.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR POSSESSION OF ILLICIT DRUGS

The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event. If you are found intoxicated at entry, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Be responsible, and make smart choices.

SAFETY AND MEDICAL

First aid kits will be on hand, however, no emergency medical professionals will be present. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing that all event organizers, staff, vendors, and sponsors are not liable if you get injured before, during or after the event.
