Dub Catalyst is an eleven-piece ensemble from the South West of England (notably Cheltenham), blending dub, reggae, and hip-hop with a high-energy live show that’s earned them main-stage slots at UK festivals since their breakout in 2023. Their debut album Saves the World (released in March 2024) showcases a fresh dub sound focused on bright treble-heavy horn melodies, male and female vocals, rapping, scratching, and conscious lyrics. Self-released on vinyl (which quickly sold out) and digitally, it earned airplay on BBC 1Xtra’s Rodigan show, and amassed tens of thousands of streams, reflecting their growing reach.
