Join Linda Youssouf and Abby Hildebrand for a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. This unique workshop combines the power of Spinal Attunement, a gentle yet profound trauma-informed somatic and energy therapy, with the invigorating and restorative practice of Breathwork, all focused on helping you restore your nervous system, shift your mindset, and release any emotional baggage that may be holding you back!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the depth of this work, it is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or for any individuals currently managing active drug or alcohol addiction, undergoing major medical treatments or experiencing major neurological challenges such as seizures, active brain ailments as well as psychosis. You also must be 18 years or older to participate.

SPINAL ATTUNEMENT

Transformative Spinal Attunement support for each participant: a trauma-informed healing modality designed to gently unravel tension and trauma stored deep within your body, nervous system and electromagnetic field simultaneously (yes we also carry trauma imprints and blocks at particular points in our energy field) .

Led by experienced practitioner Linda, this workshop will focus on releasing emotional and physical blocks that have been holding you back from living your fullest life. Through focused work on specific spinal segments and meridian channels, Linda will guide you to reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and tap into its powerful self-healing capabilities.

BREATHWORK

Numerous scientific studies detail the myriad benefits of breathwork, but none are as powerful as the ability to support nervous system regulation and decrease the effects of stress. Breathwork is an effective tool to release overwhelm and anxiety, reduce the risk of burnout, boost overall performance and productivity, and create more clarity and a greater connection to gut instinct.

The goal of a breathwork experience like this is not to put yourself in an environment where you never experience stress, but to:

  • Create a deeper awareness of how your body responds to stress
  • Develop tools to manage the effects of stress on the body and nervous system
  • Reprogram the brain to move through stressors with more ease, increasing your overall quality of life

By utilizing the breath in a conscious and trauma-informed way, we are better able to support our Autonomic Nervous System and increase our capacity for our daily experiences.

This breathwork experience, led by experienced practitioner Abby, will be focused on specific breath patterns and practices designed for you to:

  • Understand your individual nervous system
  • Create a greater connection to the body
  • Bring stronger awareness of how your body responds to stress
  • Improve the nervous system's tolerance of everyday stressors

We will focus on intention setting and integration practices to empower you to connect with your deepest desires and carry the transformative effects of the workshop into your daily life. You will leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and equipped with tools to continue your healing journey.

Please avoid caffeine, alcohol, and drug substances within 24 hours of the session and avoid eating a heavy meal 2-3 hours before the session (snack is ok).

*Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 5-10 minutes in advance to settle in. Doors open at 5:50pm. The session starts at 6pm sharp!! (No refunds for latecomers).
