9:45-10:30 am Barre Babies | A blend of yoga, ballet conditioning, and pilates. Bring your baby in a stroller, or a baby wearing harness. Just want to take a barre class? No baby is needed! 10:45- 11:45 am Yoga + Massage with Sun In Virgo Yoga and Tricia Purcell | A relaxing, gentle vinyasa class with lots of hands-on assists and mini-massages. Tricia will offer mini-massages as a vendor outside of class. Sign up at suninvirgo.com/schedule. Included in Sun In Virgo class packs.
12-1 pm Sound Healing with Chrissy of Zenna Wellness | Enjoy a meditative energetic massage with soothing tones to help you destress. Sign up at zennawellness.com.
