With two baskets in hand, one for edible treasures and one for curiosities, you will explore the rich biodiversity of our landscape, learning how to forage responsibly and connect more closely with the land.
This is a full experience, combining expert-led foraging with a chef’s cooking demonstration and a seasonal lunch made using the day’s finds. It is a celebration of fungi in every sense, thoughtful, hands-on and rooted in the landscape.
