Join us for an unforgettable evening of restoration, release, and renewal as we come together to practice and also help Sacha Celebrate turning 40! This special Ultimate Healing Experience weaves together movement, breath, hypnosis, and sound into one powerful journey.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow guided by Amanda to open the body and quiet the mind. Sacha will then lead you through yin yoga, inviting you to sink deeper into stillness. From there, he’ll guide a transformative breathwork journey to awaken healing and release. To close, guest facilitator Tammy De Laforest will lead a guided hypnosis journey, followed by an immersive sound bath from Amanda to ground, integrate, and complete this celebration of life and renewal.

These practices are designed to calm the nervous system, open and balance energy, release what no longer serves, and create space for deep connection and joy.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, blanket, bolster, journal, and any sacred items like crystals or meaningful objects that support your practice.
