The Ultimate Healing Experience is a deeply immersive blend of healing modalities designed to support relaxation, release, and integration. This experience weaves together gentle movement, yin yoga, energetic healing, shamanic release breathwork, live sound, and an enveloping sound bath to create a supportive space for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner exploration. Each element works synergistically to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and access deeper layers of healing, leaving you grounded, restored, and integrated.

- Gentle movement & yoga
- Yin yoga with sound healing
- Shamanic Release Breathwork
- Immersive sound bath
These practices are designed to calm the nervous system, open and balance energy, release what no longer serves, and create space for deep connection and renewal.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, blanket, bolster, eye cover, journal, and any sacred items like crystals or meaningful objects that support your practice.
