We’ll open with a heart-centered cacao ceremony, setting the tone for intention, presence, and emotional openness. Amanda will lead us through a gentle yoga flow and Sacha will guide us through energizing breathwork, into a deeply calming Yin yoga practice. It all culminates with a grounding sound bath to help integrate your experience.
This 2-hour experience blends powerful healing modalities into one cohesive journey. Expect a nourishing combination of:
