What is Confidence Coaching?
Confidence coaching helps anyone who is tied down and stuck by their lack of self-esteem, shyness, limiting beliefs, and fear. Confidence Coaching is a confidential process designed to support clients to identify and achieve their goals in life. It involves challenging perceptions, mindset, and beliefs about the self and others. The focus is also on practical tips and techniques to build confidence in the areas of self-doubt. Coaching is about learning. Learning to do something different, see something in a new light, or shift the way clients interact with the self and others.
Confidence coaching, empowers clients by challenging their doubts and perceptions that are holding them back in a meaningful and constructive way. A confidence coach takes you out of your shell and comfort zone and guides you along to your desired place. Because people usually are so used to their comfort zone (no matter how self-destructive that comfort zone is), a confident coach must have patience and help their clients get unstuck slowly.
As clients face a multitude of reasons for low confidence, it is identified for marketing purposes.

Who are you?
I'm glad you asked. Since a young girl growing up in Chicago, I have tapped into my personality and prioritized my passions. I was recruited to model for Barbizon models at the age of 7. Formerly, crowned in two beauty pageants, in two different states, including the 2016 state title winner as Miss Virginia of the Miss Diaspora Africa Pageant. During my model career, I graced the stage of over 30 fashion shows, in multiple states. I am published in multiple magazines and print media. My background experience is extensive as I am compelled to find a way to exude my personailty in my work. Which include radio personality, podcaster, live streamer/YouTuber, public relations person, red carpet hostess, marketing assistant, and special events organizer. I am the live, on-site face and voice of many national brands as a Brand Ambassador. My hobbies include wardrobe styling, make up application, meditation, reading, leveling up my mindset, meeting new people, tasting new dishes, spending time with family, and encouraging others. I am the Founder of The Divine Power Blueprint Confidence Course. A 7-module cirrcuclum based coaching program. I facilitate workshops online and in-person. I was recently nominated by ACHI Magagzine, in 2023 and 2022, for Woman on the Rise and Master Coach. As you can see, personality, a strong work ethic, and confidence can get you into doors that only God can explain how you were chosen to walk in. Life has personally taught me, when you show up dressed in confidence leading with a smile, who can tell you no. I am honored to present myself to you.
Now that I have shared my most notable moments, I would be remissed if I didn't share my obstables that I have overcome. Which qualified me as an empricial evidence based coach. As I defeated my heavy clouds of depression, abandonment, anxiety, PTSD, thoughts of suicide and trust issues, I became enlightened to create a course and help others do the same.
Growing up as the middle child, I felt abandoned sometimes and it lingered into my teen years. Where I begun to question just about everything. At times, those questions landed me on punishment, which developed my strong reading habit. Thanks to my dad, reading and producing a book report, was my punishment. Through reading, I truly explored myself in a whole new world. As if it were two of me. It was the only way I could leave out of my room, and travel miles and miles away, while sitting on my bed. This one skill led me down a path I would never turn back. I was no longer a questioning rebel. I found a way to channel my stress, thoughts and energy. I became more creative, grounded, outspoken and a risk taker. I took my power back from ugly embrassment, shame, guilt and blaming myself whenever I messed up. This made me mentally stronger and emotionally balanced. I woke up everyday ready to take on the world. Eventually, I bottled it all up and served it to the world as confidence.
It baffled me at first because I didnt know what it was. Other girls would come up to me and tell me how I standing up for them really changed their life. Now they aren't afraid to speak up for themselves. Then other women would tell me this and parents of children. I still couldn't put my finger on it, but I knew what I was doing was natural to me, genuine, fun and effective. Fast forward to today, I now go by the title Confidence Coach, or Coach Vita J.
