The Tsukiji Cut: Live Bluefin Tuna Breakdown with Kaisen Sushi

This is a private, ticketed event, and the restaurant will be closed to the public during the experience. There is ample parking available around Traveler’s Cart at 1401 Montrose Blvd. Tickets are non-refundable.

We're bringing the fast-paced energy of Tokyo’s iconic Tsukiji fish market to Traveler’s Cart with a live Bluefin tuna breakdown by Kaisen Sushi. The breakdown will take place on the patio, and guests are invited inside to enjoy freshly prepared sushi and sashimi throughout the dining room afterward.

Find a seat, grab a drink, make a friend, and soak in the experience. This is an interactive, come-and-go style evening designed for mingling, watching the action, and enjoying incredible bites along the way.

All tickets include curated sushi and sashimi plus two Japanese-inspired cocktails or mocktails.
