Common Questions
Will I have to sing in front of people?Nope. The vocal exercises are playful and focused on tapping into your inner strength. They are designed to help you feel, not perform. Introverts thrive here. You'll never be put on the spot.
Is this only for Unity Palo Alto Community Members?Everyone is welcome! This is open to the public – we want everyone to find their inner power and live more deeply from that power.
Is this religious? Not at all. We would say it’s spiritual, helping you more deeply understand yourself and your connections to others, and our goal is to leave you with practical tools that you can lean on everyday.
Can I bring someone?Absolutely. Many attendees bring a friend or partner. It often deepens the experience.
