"The Tree in Me," written by Alice Gomez, is a cheerful, silly storybook come to life! In a dull, grey town of grumbling adults, it’s up to two young artists to transform their community through the power of art.We first performed this piece last year as part of our Performance Ensemble class, and now it returns with a cast of both adults and kids who can’t wait to share what they’ve put together. This heartwarming tale encourages audiences of all ages to embrace the magical, unbounded potential we all hold inside.
There will be field trips October 23-25, with two public performances: October 23 at 6 PM and October 25 at 11 AM.
