The Trauma & Awakening Summit 2025 address two important aspects of well-being: trauma, and healing
through awakening strategies.
About this Event

T he TAS 2025 Summit is a global platform that focuses on two important aspects of mental well-being: trauma and healing through awakening.

From the earlier conversations on mental health and well-being, TTAS 2025 builds on the critical need for continued education and support around mental health issues, particularly in the wake of the postC-19 era .

The COVID-19 pandemic has had profound and far-reaching effects on mental health globally, exacerbating existing stressors and creating new challenges. Among the most severely impacted are marginalized communities, who have faced heightened trauma due to socio-economic disparities, lack of access to healthcare, and increased rates of substance misuse. The pandemic not only brought to light the inadequacies in mental health support but also intensified the trauma experienced by these communities.

TTAS 2025 Purpose

The primary purpose of the Trauma and Awakening Summit 2025 is to address the ongoing mental health crisis exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, with a particular focus on trauma recovery and personal awakening. The summit aims to:

 1. Disseminate Knowledge: Share the latest research and therapeutic practices in trauma recovery.
 2. Promote Healing: Highlight holistic approaches to healing that integrate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
 3. Foster Community: Create a supportive environment for individuals to share experiences and resources.
 4. Encourage Transformation: Explore pathways from trauma to personal and collective awakening.
 5. Advocate for Equity: Address the specific needs of marginalized communities to ensure equitable access to mental health resources.
